I dispise walking but the doctor seems to think it's good for a person, ugh! I don't mind if i can walk in town as i get less gravel in my shoes.

You guys have been BUSY on here! Sunflour, that is so cute!! I gotta come up with something......

I have a broo-oody I have a broo-oody! She's been broody for a while - but she'll sit tight and bite every thing that comes within a foot of her and then after a few days she's gone. I tried to break her - no go. So I let her do what she wanted and for the last 5 days she is sitting totally tight like sticky on Peeps! So I spent the afternoon setting up a broody pen for her, and by golly she actually timed it perfectly! The chicks are being shipped on April 3rd so she can darn well take care of them!

I have my first broody too. She went into the pen with the spare rooster who will make sure she doesn't sit anywhere.

I love broodies - they make life so much easier where chicks are concerned! I wish I could indulge mine more often.

How are you holding up Teila? I saw that some places are being evacuated as it looks like it's going to be a doozie of a cyclone!
