Different from the DMV workers! or should I say a different ethnic make up for the make up of Wyoming.

They should include native Americans on that chart. If I were one, I wouldn't know whether to check "Mixed" or "Other".

OMG! and she was serious! I would have probably just laughed and walked out. Don't think I'd get mad cause it's just so FUNNY to me she says that over the license/RMV office! Not like she works at the FBI or the passport office or anything lol

That's what floored me...that she was serious! Alert the CIA, FBI, ATF and SSA...DMV is taking over their jobs And I probably wouldn't have gotten so irritated except that was the 3rd time I'd tried to get my DL. Judging by the gal's appearance, I've lived in this country at least 30 years longer than she has...they should KNOW me, I've been around forever

I GOT IT!!!! Four tries and 2 years after moving to WY, I got my DL!

The issue was getting alllllll the paperwork lined up. Birth certificate, divorce papers & marriage certificate (due to name change), proof of physical address (nothing gets delivered here, absolutely nothing like a utility bill, mortgage payment, or bank statements to prove we actually live where we do), old driver's license from FL, an application, social security card, car registration, etc. This time I even had my voter's registration just in case. No written test required, just had to take an eye exam.

Now I'm good to go! And all I'll need to renew in several years is the DL I got today.

YIPEE!

He's got some gorgeous birds - I was admiring his avatar yesterday too. My DD wants one like that.

Probably other. I think mixed would be a combination or mix of two or more races!

Although it is pretty ridiculous they don't include Native Americans on that list! They're a pretty big population. But i don't know how many are in Wyoming but still. Should include them.

No need for all those organizations, the DMV will do it all.

And really stupid question: what is ATF? I have heard of it (from the NCIS TV show ) but not sure exactly what it is.
