The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

sean, how did it go, are you ok?
They worked my butt off! They have never had someone with two fractures in such a short period of time, kinda didn't know where to begin with the therapy. It helped a little bit as far as getting my muscles loosen up but I did everything they wanted me to do, until I reached my threshold. They didn't push me to do more than I could, ( I liked that) after putting me through the paces, the last thing they did was to put an ice wrap around my knee, it was the only thing hurting at the end of the sessions.
Got back home and that's when the pain hit. I didn't know I had some of the muscles that were flaring up. So, took a Tramadol and went to sleep (2:30pm) Just woke up about 4:45pm, still in a miserable level of pain, especially if I move certain ways.

Ok, I'm done ranting! this is more writing then I've done since my interview. :gig

Check to make sure that you are breathing. Oh, wait a minute ===============
:gig that's kinda what I do every morning, except with me, I look in the Obituaries of the paper...if my name and pic aren't in it, I go back to sleep! :lau

i'm sorry that it was rough but i guess they're just trying to make sure that you can walk again and that the leg doesn't lock up :hugs course sometimes knowing and feeling whats best s----

I hope they injected it in the muscle...it's a intramuscular vaccine not a subcutaneous vaccine. ;)

Ohhh whoops. That must be why. I always forgot how much they hurt, being once a year and all. Other shots don't hurt it blood work.

If a flu shot hurts, then the person who administered it didn't let it warm up before using it. Cold vaccine can cause the muscle to cramp.

That must be what it was!!

We got our flu shots last week and no pain at all, so it's not normal for it to hurt, but it does happen.
