Cold, 38° windy and damp. Might get up to 50° today! Suppose to be back to 'normal' by this weekend...high 50's for low and mid 70's for the high. :ya

My mom liked the hustle and bustle too Sharron. A lot of times we had to go see family out of state and that just added to the whole "bustle" factor. DH & I like having a quiet day just for the 2 of us...open a couple of gifts, have a nice breakfast, watch some Christmas movies, nap, whatever. It makes for a more restful, enjoyable day for us!

:frow Good morning Sour! Indeed, "let sleeping dogs lye" as far as "bearable" I've lived with pain most of my life, so it's just another nuisance that I ignore.

Hindsight's 20/20, should have just let it heal on it's own...it was healing and wasn't causing any pain. After the surgery is when all the pain started. Sounds incredulous but it didn't hurt walking a day or two after it broke. All the doc's that had a glaiander at it, could not believe I was walking on it, let alone I had no pain. :eek: this "live and learn" business is for the birds....no pun intended.
