Wow! So cool you've been able to travel, learning things here and there. Very interesting how every culture has their own way of doing things and using spices for different flavors.

I loooove how spices mix together to create flavor, as a beginner it's one of my favorite things about making soup though, I've only made a few easy recipes.
Thai and Chinese?! Ooooooo I think that would be a good skill to have. I think I could live off rice and vegetables

Hope it's been a good Monday for all of you. Every time I look at the calendar, I get excited that it is almost time to put up BYC's 2021 calendar

We are ok here. Covid is surging in the southern part of the state though

We ended up being over staffed as the high schooler girls and college girls were scheduled. I got to leave so we went shopping for a few necessities. Our 16 month old is off this week. Her mother is a teacher. We postponed our torture a little longer

I don't know how I'd handle that I agree with Debby, you are one brave woman. It takes a special kind of strength to care for others kids as well as [sometimes] deal with some parents. Positive vibes your way! I hope it's a little easier.

I thankfully don’t have to deal with parents too much. There’s been days I’ve had meltdowns due to the stress.
