The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Never did make it to town to shop yesterday...barely made it out of bed. Messed up my back and have been pretty much on the "inactive list". I did make it into work today for 7.5 hours so doing better now. Tomorrow will be busy with the usual and getting things ready for the Wednesday League Night dinner. One of our board members comes to every dinner and has been requesting a carrot cake for dessert. It took trying 3 recipes today to find one that would work at this high altitude but finally success!

In a word - no

. Tedious part of life in this neck of the woods is razor wire, high walls and sometimes, electric fences - it all takes a bit of getting used to (don't tell the baddies, but our electric fence hasn't worked for the past 3 years
