Hi sour! I hope you get your rain. It's a sloppy mess here...just about landed on my butt going to the coop this morning

I took my kitten to the vet this morning for baby shots. Turns out she is a he so a boy name was a good choice. He had a nasty case of ear mites and worms...poor guy has to go back in a month for more shots and to check his ears again. He kind of resembled Yoda or Gizmo off Gremlins when they were done with him. He would have been in pretty tough shape I think if we hadn't found him.

4 months from now...they are guessing that he's 2 months.

I read somewhere that the life expectancy of a feral cat is only 2 to 3 years. Parasites are just one of the things that gets them.

I'm hoping since he will be a house cat that it will be longer then that. He's not going back out. He's only 2 months so maybe he will have a fighting chance since we got him to the vet.
