Yeah, the kind of cold that makes your boogers freeze, eh?

Sure does! I have two pairs of gloves when I am out in this. One insulated leather and choppers for warming my hands when the gloves fail me and my fingers feel like they are going to fall off.



I bought a smaller heated dog dish for some of my indoor birds, I had to make a lid and fill it with water, I thought my fingers were going to fall off at the 3rd knuckle.

I've gotta find some choppers... TSC is sadly lacking in their gloves/mittens department.

If you get them make sure they are the good ones, I got mine at Fleetfarm they were about 30 bucks for the leathers and 10 for the liners, I got 2 sets of liners.

They are so nice and toasty.. Now I need choppers for my ears!

I have no idea, I have a Cobela's about 18 miles from me but I seldom go to it.

Good luck. the cheap ones get moisture inside, don't breath and have bad stitching. Find a FleetFarm...LOL. I know the ones at Menard's were not good.

Both of those here too, but also includes a large leather Mitten with a wool knitted mitten liner. Really warm, but not good finger dexterity.

Banty, I just looked and It does not appear Fleetfarm has them now either. I got DeerHide leather. These are all I could find and I did not see a liner.
