Teila, so sorry to hear your knee is still acting up. Can't remember who mentioned it now, but DH swears by the Blue Emu cream for his owies too.

So, are you in a cool down now that you're all the way down to 89.5*?

89.5F is definitely an improvement on yesterday’s 95F but it ain’t over yet

93F predicted for tomorrow and 95F again on Saturday, back down to 86F for a couple of days and then back up into the 90’s

Sometimes just stretching out your back by bending at the waist and grabbing your ankles and stretching can relieve knee pain caused by tight muscles. Worth a try. I don't know if I would want to rub an emu on me. Where's the oil from? Very suspicious to me.
