But if you do take on the task, you could pick a recipe that freezes well, make a stacking drying rack you can cover to keep out paws and hairs :hmm. And call a bakery to inquire about an order of similar cookies so you can set a price? That's a lot of groceries and tremendous amount of time involved. Wonder if you ask the solicitor to buy your supplies and pay your time, they may withdraw the request?



It took us longer to get ours done - but they are loving their new place. Because it is part of the larger coop/run - we can barely squeeze in to tend to them, wish I had a place inside there to sit ----- DH said I could just sit on the ground :sick.

So, you are gonna keep Moe? :wee. I was worried one of mine would be a roo, but we decided early on to keep it regardless. So far I think all are gals.

If the neighbors complain, just act stupid and tell them you have no rooster:cool:

Good morning Sunflour. I'm thinking I will tell her no. I am flattered she thinks they are good enough but the pressure of 300...I may offer to do some just for the wedding party. She said she'd pay so that wasn't a problem.

Good morning.... busy week coming up. The cardiology appointment and stress test I had to cancel to get back to South Dakota was rescheduled for this Wednesday, plus we are getting ready to welcome my sister Lori and her family out here late next week. So much to do - we let so much slip by while I was sick and then for the two weeks we were back in SD.

Got birds to cull (the downside of chicken math) coop and run to spruce up, house to clean, yard work to do, and somewhere under the piles of junk is a very nice deck. <sigh> Need to drain and refill the hot tub, too. Oh, and the outside freezer in the garage has to be cleaned out too. Sometime during the last two weeks it died - along with all the food that's in it. Just discovered that late last night when I went out to get some elk burger for dinner tonight. Grrrrrrr

Glad to see you back Blooie! Sounds like your going to be crazy busy. I imagine that freezer didn't smell so good. Good luck with the stress test.

We are camping about 20 miles from home...just a 1 day thing. It's beautiful out! I'm still in my pajamas:D
