Hi guys! Whose birthday?
Here's the strays that have been hanging out here. Hubby has been able to touch one but that's it. They are getting tamer though. We feed them a little bit in the morning and at night but want them to mouse also. The one is obviously a siamese but not sure if it's full siamese.

I can't begin to imagine how tiny they must be. My 2 boy king quail (are they the same as button quail, I did look it up, but now I've forgotten) are still little and they are fully grown. The babies must be miniscule. I'm bad enough with the chicken babies the couple of times I've let the girls hatch eggs, I'd be a nervous wreck with teeny tiny babies. The first two chicks were sitting right back on their hocks/backsides but I put a fluffy washcloth in for them and made a little cave out of it so they would stand up tall and push up into it like they would into a mothers feathers. Hopefully that'll help their little legs.
Quail are very tiny when they hatch, i took a picture once of 2 Coturnix babies in a spoon. But the tiniest babies were the Jackson Chameleons my female bore.I can't begin to imagine how tiny they must be. When I got Michael and Elvis they were very small and they are a bit bigger now, I can imagine they must start out teeny tiny.Quail are very tiny when they hatch
