My mother always had ear problems, too much wax, she was of the bobbie pin users. Me I just used q tips and have cut down considerably since the ENT called me out about it.
I asked how he knew? Probably just a good guess because I bet everyone does at some time or another.

Good Morning Friends :hugs

Yikes CapricornFarm I hope all is OK!

No-one else has stepped up to say that the Peach Face is theirs so he is still with the carer. It is looking like I will have a new feathered baby :fl

Plan at the moment is to pop over and see the carer on Sunday and most probably bring him home.

I know it is probably not wise on my part because his owner may still turn up but I find myself getting excited and making plans for him. I have picked out a name ‘Omu’ [pronounced Oh-mer] which is Japanese for parrot.

If his owner doesn't claim him, he'll have a good home with you Teila. Do you think the cats will take it ok?

May you enjoy him for as long as you have him!

It should be OK with the cats. As you might know, they are indoor only cats with an outside run so Omu will spend his days in a shady spot somewhere in the garden and night time on the deck, close to us and where the cats can not get to him .. see, making plans for something that may not happen :p I think I will be disappointed now if his owner does show up, happy for him but not so much for me ;)
