Tonight I had a tuna sandwich so I wouldn't be hungry and snack later and I even cooked up some spinach kale mix in olive oil and ate it. And I thought I was being pretty healthy. Had a greek yogurt too
But now, 3 or 4 hours later, i just had a bowl of lucky charms
I'm glad the box is almost gone though. In fact, maybe I will just throw the box out....
And another yogurt.
But why must I eat when i just had a big sandwich?
And we also just bought a bunch of snacks. Saltines, peanut butter crackers, smart pop popcorn (supposedly healthier), pita chips, and pretzel thins. Of course all of those are carbs and probably unhealthy too but my point is that they are probably at least healthier than freaking lucky charms and i could have had any one of those instead, and in fact did consider it, but noooooo. I had to have lucky charms.
