Luna yesterday.
Went a little crazy buying seeds yesterday lol only meant to get trays.
Planted the tomatoes and peppers tonight.
Apparently it is spring.
Lots of eggs. I haven't collected them in a few days or more admittedly which is why there's so many...

I should really collect them more often
Speaking of which, I have a broody. And I am a horrible chicken owner who hasn't really been out there or checked in them in a few days or really all week (don't worry, giant food and water bowls that last days and my dad refilled it the other day so I haven't had to and I've been outside and looked in or out the window, etc. Just not like been IN the pen and really busy with school) and didn't even notice the "missing" chicken....
Idk how long she had been setting but she had almost all those eggs under her...
Almost because around 5 or 6 were in the corner of the coop and 1 was in a different nest box, but the rest plus both fake eggs were under her!
AND!
She had pulled a bunch of feathers from her breast! I'm actually slightly concerned about that...
I think she would make a good mother!
It's one of my Australorps.
I pulled her off and surprisingly she wasn't mean but she did go back on after a bit. I forgot to go back after dark and put her on the roost. But I am thinking I might need the broody buster cage.
Or I am thinking I might not break her at all and might give her back the fake eggs (I confiscated all eggs so she went back to lay on shavings lol) and see how determined she is and buy her some hatching eggs.

He's been barking at lots lately and last night went crazy around 2 or 3 am so extra protective today.
Gator getting a satin ball. He was so cute, I asked him if he wanted one and put it in the microwave then, after letting him sniff the bag so he knew what I was doing, he sat down and waited for it LOL
Then he ate it in one bite by the time I got the camera out... And then licked the plate

I think I mentioned the egg cartons I ordered but never went into detail.

And I also ordered stickers from another website. Didn't realize they were so small. The FDA instructions should really be larger (they had a bigger size) but oh well, no one reads those anyway lol and yes, a family member got food on them haha they didn't come with that stain lol
