i love a good heavy buttered popcorn but thats another thing i gave up, popcorn is corn and when i eat it my sugar goes up into the 200's, not a good thing, bread is another thing that makes it goes up, sometimes if i get crazy and eat potatoes, flour products my blood sugar can go up into the 300's, trying to get my a1c normal so i can maybe get off meds, trying, but hard with a husband that loves his junk food and eats it in front of me all the timetrying to get him on the band wagon and sometimes he tries but he won't keep it up, maybe one day
well, have to go to the store today and pick up meat and veggies for this week so will be back later today
or at least a year but haven’t changed yet
I sometimes try to but it never lasts long. It’s hard to. I do eat slightly better than I was, no more fast food, but I still eat mostly sugar and carbs
If it isn't in the ingredient list, there isn't any added. You still check the RDAs since there is natural sugar in some foods.
More boring but you could try adding carrots and celery to your snacks.
I shoved peas in around the edges even though i have not turned over my beds. I can't wait.
I have ducks in my backyard. It’s raining and foggy so it was hard to get a good picture.

Reading that directly after Kdogg's dietary post sent my brain to "but it is too early for peas". Then figured out you weren't making a suggestion of something to add to her snack tray.Peas fresh off the vine are the best!
