Yep, even harder when your the primary care giver and theres nothing you can do but just make them comfortable and watch them slowly die! Been 10 years ago but seems like yesterday. :(

:hugs:hugsi know how hard that is, lost mine in the hospital, i was the night shift to help watch him to make sure he didn't try to get up and fall, he had fallen months earlier, broke the collar bone, wouldn't let them try to set it, tried to let it heal on its on, it didn't, bone came thru and he almost bled to death, he didn't have a choice this time, they set it this time, but he was too weak to survive
