Thanks Bob! A hot chocolate sounds good...no salted caramel bourbon on hand, but marshmallows are pretty close, right?
They are a must along with whipped cream. Only place you can get the bourbon is about an hour from me, but they do ship and accept internet orders if you live outside Tennessee. The banana fosters is good too, but in OJ.

So do you get it from a local small scale distillery?
(Didn't they used to call those "stills"?) :gig

We can always see things that we intended to be different. When I built that custom kitchen, I could look at it and see every minor little detail where something didn't go as planned, the miter joint that wasn't perfect, the nick from the router bit on the raised panel, etc. But I was the only one who saw them as imperfections. You did a wonderful job and that's coming from a seasoned wood worker.

Rest Debby, you've earned it. Get something warm and soothing to drink and enjoy your evening. Sue's sipping a hot chocolate with salted caramel bourbon in it. :D
Thanks Bob:hugs
Yep!

I'm going up next week so we can pick out bathroom tile and fixtures and such. Once the bathrooms are done, the rest is smaller type stuff (painting, trim work, etc.). No more tearing anything out, yay!
Take some pictures.

DMC there are about a hundred things I wish had come out differently in the bench below. This was one of my early works. Only plywood in it, is under the cushion which has t-nuts in it so the cushion is removable. Everything here started as rough cut lumber. Mostly 5/4's stuff. And it is aromatic cedar, imported from the states to Japan.
