No, the dog wanted out, lol. I went back to bed. I now have 6 chicks, 2 each of Mottled bantam cochins, Mille Fleur D'uccles and Polish. These guys are slow!

i like hatching the cochins, seems like everyone of the eggs are fertile for me and easy to hatch, i have to go get mine yet, dick, friend said i lost a mille fleur cochin cock, he was a young one too, still have my old one i think, will see, since they're mine dick may not know them, i also have a mille fleur frizzle cochin cockerel that i kept out of last years chicks

Hi Meg. Much better today, not freaking out lol. Thanks for asking! I have naked necks and that kid was floored! I offered him chicks but he declined. Hetook pics to prove I have baby buzzards to his gf

I can see why you (lovingly) call them baby buzzards. They are unique that's for sure. I think the chicks are adorable though. Can't believe he didn't want some.

I know! Honestly, hubs didn't like them either but I fell in love as soon as I saw them.

DMC , I totally understand that. I have tons of stuff to do here, but getting it done is another thing. It isn't supposed to rain until next week-long so hoping to get stuff done outside.

My son had to go to town and drop his taxes off so I went with him. I didn’t want to but I needed a few things. I brought sanitizer wipes with to scrub our hands off. I am now starting a wheat sour dough bread thanks to Ron sending me a starter.
Tomorrow night starts an executive order from the governor to stay home except for essential needs.
The sun is trying to shine here. I wish it would.
