That is fast!Good morning all! Our son's house is officially sold! We are on our 3rd day of driving 400 miles/7 hours round trip, to our sons place, pack & load up stuff, some goes to storage an hour away & some to our place! Tomorrow we head back to his place but will spend the night in a hotel! Clean the house on Thursday & they hand over the keys on Friday!

They signed the papers yesterday. I wasn't going to say it was sold until that happened! We are dog sitting for a month & we will have their cats for up to 6 months! They will be taking their cats to Maui, but sadly they won't be able to take Edon...Hawaii doesn't allow wolf hybrids or even cat hybrids! We are all trying to find a home for her!
Looks like she even has a knife sheath to carry your protective device!
I've got the SS dept for that, got the annual "If you start collecting at this age, you get this much per month" letter today.Good thing you have us around to remind you that you're a year older

Where they could be quarantined for months. Looks like things are a bit more relaxed than 40 years ago when I inherited my sister and BIL's 2 year old Angora cat when they moved to HI for 2 years. Back then imported animals had to be quarantined for months. Now it seems there are some tests that can be given BEFORE taking the pet to HI that reduces the quarantine period substantially.
No just a harness lol.
