Thanks Sour I am going to do that as soon as they open. I will check with the dog warden also , she is a friend and she may be able to help. He hasn't been out of the house in years . Years ago we lost our beautiful German Shepard for 9 months an old lady called our vet from the dog tag. We got the Sherriff and went and got him. Come to find out this crook was picking up good looking dogs and when folks put a reward out for the return of their animal he would collect it. Law enforcement didn't find this out until months after we got our beloved friend back. This guy had a not so nice little operation going on until he stole the local pub owners Doberman! The law put a sting on him.
