We've never had to worry about buying treats, we are indeed too far off the beaten path. I spent my candy money on deluxe scratch for the chickens with sunflower seeds and raisins mixed in. I stopped by the pet store and the dogs had pumpkin cookies. The cats, being picky, were content with their usual food.

Treats for the kids!

We do the candy thing sometimes, but I just didn’t feel like it this year. We didn’t even have Jack o lanterns or anything.

Good morning all for the second time. I finally got about 2 hours of sleep. I'm up long enough for critical chores then I'm going to go right back for more.

We got about 30 kids last night, it was fun to see them in their costumes. And it was nice to see so many parents dressed up going around with them too.

I stopped with one cup of coffee this morning. I need to detox after all that I drank yesterday. I don't know how some people I know always have a cup in their hands all day long. They are true chain drinkers.
