Good morning, LT. How is your rooster doing?

Not well. Got to try and get some raw egg yolk in him today. 2 days before his med arrives. He still has most of his tongue but not the tip end of it. I'm staying home with him today while my wife goes alone to her pain mgt app. She sees the doc today for the first time. Closest one that takes our insurance is about 65 miles away. I'm just not up to the ride even today much less helping with the drive. She has plenty of oxygen for the trip.

I had good intentions of reducing carbs over the holidays. So far I'm failing at it. I've eaten a whole loaf of homemade cinnamon raisin bread since late yesterday afternoon. On the bright side it wasn't a whole pound cake.
