I don't want to brag but our high was only 86 today! That's normal for midnight but not in the middle of the day. My hubs said we are due for a nice summer. I guess this is it.

I am so glad that y'all are okay. I'm sorry about the damages. I hope your insurance gets on the ball and you all can get replacements quickly. Where will you be staying in the meantime?

House is fine - other than having no furnace or hot water. AC for some bizarre reason was unscathed as was the cook top and microwave along with the freezer and refrigerator. It was truly bizarre.

I'm glad some things were not damaged and its good you don't have to leave home. Maybe it won't be so overwhelming replacing what needs relacing.
