Dad made us run at full speed and then dive and roll on our shoulder! Of course it was on the lawn but is still works on harder surfaces. I did the trip and roll on a walk last month. With a bit of drop foot on my right side, un even pavement will get me sometimes!

There was a guy out doing yard work and boy was he shocked! I was fine though, not even a scratch
