Sun's out! YAY!

We need rain really badly. Very dry here. The deer ate our nectarines and pears. I saw one today in broad daylight! The dogs never noticed it in the new garden area.

We did too, Cap. 3/4's inch cracks in the ground and no rain for over two weeks until last night. The sun is trying to peep through. Everything sure is greening up.

The leaves are falling off some of the trees here! I am planning on planting some of the herbs I was given in my vacant raised bed.

DH has gone to do battle.
Me: if you spray them, DON’T give them to the chickens!!

that gleaning is best done by chickens, not by me. So the May chicks had an unexpected feast...
