Morning Old folks have colloidal silver Cap used that a couple hours burn is history .. That took the burn out..

loaded my tote with bottles of water for the trip home and may urge DH to stop for coffee at Micky D's afterwards.

I think for me the trip home after that procedure would include some FOOD!!!!!!

67F is COLD?

67F is cold, 87F is hot, and 77F is all the degrees anyone needs, I say!

I was hiking on the A.T. in Vermont one fall and when I woke up in the morning it was about 5F. FIVE. That's a child's age, not a temperature! That is the lowest temp that I've ever slept in.

That was also the day I learned to put my contact lens case in the sleeping bag with me at night. I didn't do that and my contacts had frozen in the case. Had to hike in my glasses that day.

You were lucky you had glasses with you!!!

I am nearsighted so I travel (and hike) with contacts, spare contacts, glasses, and spare glasses. The idea of trying to make my way out of the forest without them... I would probably trip over a mountain lion!
