The only thing that smells good right now are the blooming wild raspberry and blackberry plants in the timber.

With all the rain we have been getting the undergrowth is thick and thriving so there are lots of blooms this year. Again.

Only this year I will resist eating them off the bushes. I think that is one of the contributing factors to my developing Diverticulitis last year. Picking buckets of wild blackberries and eating them as I went along. Danged seeds.

Gardenias smell wonderful.

Hey all still up but put every bird to bed we were at 70 outside and went to 64 at a blink rain came down in buckets did not have water the garden again.

We got a nice bit of rain here. The temps are much better too. Looks like a good day to get some weeds pulled!
