If my present duck yard is any clue, it's going to look BAD! :D

We have tons of scrap wood that was left here by the previous owner, and that's what we're going to be using. So, pretty is not really in the equation.

What I want to do is something like a mini-stable, with individual stalls that I can use for breeding purposes in the Spring. Each with their own runs.

What I'll probably end up with is one big open area, with the building leaning to one side and propped up with various sized beams.

Bob the Builder I am not! :D

Have you seen the coop building section?

Bruce, NOW YOU TELL ME about the turn signal.
First, you didn't mention it before!
Second, like my seatbelt, I always use the signal so I wouldn't have noticed the "safety feature issue" you did. There is benefit to telling others what you PLAN to do. I just "love" seeing someone hit the turn signal AFTER they start to turn or change lanes. NOT THE PURPOSE FOLKS!!

I have, and it depresses me, because I have no building skills. :)

When it gets closer to the actual time to do it, I'll take a closer look. BF is trying to come over for Labour Day weekend, and that's one of the things planned.

Oooo!! Where is this place? I'm not really a rock hound, but this sounds like fun!
Your wish is my command,
https://keokukiowatourism.org/geodes/

There are several places there. We used to drive through Keokuk often while moving but never stopped.

Could kick myself now.

Where I would like to go is here:

They say if you can find out when they are plowing and get in afterwards you have the potential of finding some really nice raw diamonds.
