Depending on whether or not we lose power completely I'm having a bowl of beans and ham and getting parallel to the ground soon. Limbs are coming down now. They will be there in the morning. Once the storm is over I will have to close up the coops. Right now we are in the red zone and the lights are flickering.

Hate the red zone or even worse, the purple zone with the hail.

The purple zone missed us by a few miles. Wind damage is going to be bad enough come morning.

Good morning, OF - hope that all are safe and well. It's a pleasant day here so far, but smoke from Canada is threatening to visit.

Good afternoon OF. The sky is rumbling and it has gotten very dark making for optimum napping weather. Some crazy chickens are out of their coops chasing bugs in the rain. Some are napping. I'm going to join the smart ones now.

Good morning Old Folks. We are picking up where we left off last night weather wise. Another thunderstorm is imminent. It's about 10 miles out and rapidly approaching.

The skies above us have finally cleared and I did make the rounds with feed and water. Later today remains a mystery right now. Our forecast is a maybe and maybe not game we play.

Gave spinach and zucchini seeds to plant. banana bread and
celery soup to do.
Better get a move on it.
