The Old Folks Home

I have osteo arthritis, plain arthritis.
The psoriatic arthritis had me on tramadol almost 10 years.
I take tramadol now for herniated disks. One day I hope to get epidurals again. I understand that medicare doesn't cover them now for back pain unless sciatiac. I've had that and may get it again. Time will tell. Sure don't like living on Tramadol.

My dog Gracie is on Tramadol. I used to be able to take it after surgery..can't do pain meds anymore. I used ice after my shoulder surgery. Worked ok.

I have bad reactions to Ultram. Writing backwards, room spinning etc. Had to go home from work.

I had the ice pack water circulating machine after the first shoulder surgery that was not a replacement but a scrape off the spurs event. So far so good but it is getting a little noticeable and this coming time I want the real deal and be done with it. One of my mother's friends had had every single joint that could be replaced done. She should have gotten a healthy discount or paid for a spokesperson with a track record like that.
