The Old Folks Home

We’ve had a definite change in our weather. The 10 day forecast has a couple 80-81F days the at the beginning of next week but mid70s are the rule with nights between 50-55F. We finally got some much needed rain so everything is greening back up after being dry for so long.
We also got some help for our broken hearts.
This is Minnie. Our Winnie was a standard F1 Goldendoodle. Minnie is a F3 mini Goldendoodle. She is a bundle of energy and is keeping us old folks worn out. She will never replace our Winnie girl, but is a salve on the huge hole left in our hearts.

Thanking my lucky stars that I have a good, or at least good enough for my needs, dentist. He took over the practice of the dentist we'd gone to for decades. That dentist was recommended by my flute teacher. It seems most of the symphony musicians went to him.

We really got lucky with our dentist moving here not knowing anyone and not a lot to choose from. We found one that has a great bedside manor and takes our insurance. A lot of dentists didn't take our insurance.

A rain shower came over us but not enough to even make an old bone hurt. I don't think the chickens got out of it.

When you do find a good one I hope that you can live close enough to use him/her and have some poultry too.

Thanks! The one I found is only like 15 mins away thankfully. He’s actually almost across the street from my old dentist so I think I’ll give him a try. And thanks! I hope I can get some poultry too but that will be a long way away yet.

In addition to the dentist I like to get good techs that do the regular cleanings. Most always I get a good one but on a rare occasion I've had a couple that were bad enough I almost changed dentist a couple of decades ago.
