Oh no!!!! The floor is ....dirty!!! Chicken poo.....still manages to get into the clean house.ChickenCanoe, I did think it was interesting that women were more likely to eat something that fell on the floor but also most likely to follow the 5 second rule. I will admit that I have eaten items that fell on the floor but there are a few more stipulations for me than just the 5 second rule. That is just the last go/no go rule. If the floor looks dirty, no matter how little time the item was on the floor I will not eat it (unless the item was still sealed in a wrapper). If the item is "wet" I am not very likely to eat it if it fell on the floor no matter how little time. If the floor is wet, I probably won't eat the item. If the item is in a wrapper, I will unwrap it and eat it unless the floor was wet and now the wrapper looks dirty.

Nope. No 5 second rule for this house. If it is even slightly wet/moist foods....all food items who land on floor are designated "jumpers'...and go directly into the chicken treat container. Eee gads.

Anyways...I learned that "floor is contaminated".... haha....working in a hospital fixed that. But tell me this...how can health care workers deal with the nastiest situations.....
