The Old Folks Home

Nope Not up early, I haven't been to bed yet. Sometimes I do sleep till 4 or 5 pm so it evens out I guess. I think Coneheads are creatures of the night.

My brother goes into work very early so he can put in his 8 hrs. and come home early. He's usually in bed by 9 pm.

When I go somewhere on the senior bus I have to be up at 7:30 am which means I get only 2 or 3 hrs. sleep - I hate that.

I have got to share because I "can't" share on FB yet. My daughter told me this past weekend that she is pregnant with our first grandchild!

I am honestly really happy to be a grandma for the first time. I thought I might not like the idea of someone calling me "Grandma" but I just have visions of spoiling this child (and all others that come along the way) horribly and giving them back to their parents. I can't wait!

I am not allowed to share the news yet because they have not told her fiancée's mom yet. She told me that they were going to wait until Christmas. Hmmmmm 6 months pregnant? Not gonna last that long. In fact I told her I wasn't going to make it to Christmas so they needed to change their plans.

In the mean time, I got a new lens yesterday and had a little fun with it. Can't wait to take it out for a full spin this weekend.

I wish I could sleep! But when he gets out of bed I can't help but wake up, then I am up! GRRR Not because I want to be up.

Stop! You are making me tired just reading about getting up at 2:00am and only getting 2-3 hours sleep ... aaaargh, I would be fit to kill if that was me.

I love my 8 hours sleep and hate it to be interrupted .. even the cat has learnt to wake up hubby for her 3am cuddle and stay well away from me

My DH gets off between 1-2 pm right now but it will change come Sept. and he'll go back to regular hours of 5-3-4 pm.
When I have to get up early is a pain also because I like to go back to bed between 4-6 for an hour.
Can't spell this morning so it is taking me so long to type. Sorry
