The Old Folks Home

I don't like whole grain pasta. It's a texture thing. I don't like eating sand TYVM.

Ha, that's just about right..like eating sand..I am not much of a pasta person at all. Will eat Scetti once in a while..yes, misspelled on purpose, because we have a lot of grand kids that call it that. :D

... BF had today off and he not only got up early and made me breakfast, but I just came home to a cleaned house, laundry and dishes done, sheets changed and some deer chili in the crockpot. ...
...

OK and why didn't you ask him what he did wrong?
don't sell yourself short! Good women are hard to find!
So are good men.

Properly cooked whole wheat or spinach pasta are great. It's almost like the difference between cooking cornishX and heritage birds. Not to that extreme but still.

I gave up on making "healthy" deserts a long time ago. I made brownies with whole wheat flour. What a waste!

Made from scratch deserts are already healthy because they do not have the processed junk in them. I do not use box mixes either.

Just fruit alone is all one needs for a healthy desert.

What did you think of the 3 legged chicken pic?
