The Old Folks Home

Yep, me too, I look at that very creative piece and keep thinking "Those are SO EXPENSIVE! I can't believe he didn't sell them, I wonder how much money he could have made, surprising no one has stolen them, wonder where he lives"

I know, hu?

Me too.

Oh, now that's cool! (Hub cap hen)

SCG, didn't he know he would be working under fowl conditions?

I crack myself up!

He did, actually. When he first came out to do an estimate he called me at work because he wasn't sure he was at the right house. After asking him if there was "a ton of chickens and a really angry screaming goat" he said he was at the right place, then.

When he came back to have me sign the contract he made sure to tell me he had a flock of (incredibly manly) silkies. I had a hard time imagining this big burly roofer with silkies, but his face softened when he talked about them and said how much his wife loved them (and he did, too).

See, Bama? There is (manly) life after silkies.

tnspursfan I love the selfie with both of you in it. She is such a sweet girl. Good luck tomorrow. Lots of

for both you and Maddy. Saying prayers everything goes exactly as planned and she is on the road to recovery by tomorrow afternoon.

Thanx guys. Surgery is at 1:15 tomorrow.

BF says good luck to her, too.

He had hydrocephalus as a kid and has two "lumps" (I say they're divots) and scars on the top of his head where there were drains put in his skull when he was a baby. He says he hopes her lumps end up being as cute as his are.

And Cyn, maybe it's me, but I can't see where either of those two cute kids are mis-formed.
