Oh yes, Viggo Mortensen and Demi Moore, they were both in the movie "GI Jane." He beats the crud out of her to toughen her up. Seemed he enjoyed it too much. By the end of the movie, she gives him a sound thrashing. That, I enjoyed too much. Really hated him after that movie but, somehow I forgave him. He seems to like violent movies like "The history of Violence, Eastern Promises, ......

The movie was "Hidalgo " and afterwards he bought the horse.

Demi is allright... not the best actor maybe, which makes her a bit boring, but some fun movies.

I disagree with men not being able to tell goodlooking men from eachother. Although some men refuse to admit it, don't know why. Maybe insecurity? Finding someone charming or handsome isn't the same as wanting to jump their bones...

Hockey is awesome, but it takes SO MUCH time and money. I have one son that really wants to play...we said nope, it couldn't happen.

I always hated playing hockey at school. I never learned to skate properly, and one kid who played on a team liked tripping people, made it a game that wasn't fun for me.

Making Ghee... sticks of butter in microwaveable container... Saves energy ... but the milk solids are skimable.... if thats a word. The goal is to get the milk fat separated. Best use is dipping for Shell fish... but those of you who are "prepping" is a way to preseve butter LONG term. The solids can be used for seasoning... steamed veggis, soup... what ever... but the solids have a higher burn temp.

Goal is to have clarified butter for use in Birthday celebration for my son. Um er... DS... His name is Dean. I got a good deal on snow crab at at Albertsons. Dean is going to be 25 on the 12th.

other family members dont see crab as a main course... So I am prepared to do Burgers on the grill... My burgers are gourmet..... NOt Horsemeat... not to say thats bad... just whats available here in a US grocery store.

Grandma um er... 98 genarian.. is not into "fish" so I will be fixin... Handburgers... On the grill. as well as some things offered on a Clam bake... Potatoes, Corn Cobbette and Shrimp... (mom Likes shrimp as do we all except grandma... Who will want some but say its not something she likes.... Hey she is 98... What ever she wants she will get.

Deans birthday is the 12th of October.... hes going to be 25. I will pass on any well wishing for him...
