I don't recall any of us talking six packs on guys, or cute behinds when we first talking about nice looking guys..in fact, I just remember photos of nice looking men faces. Yep. That's pretty much what attracts me. I could care less about the body parts, skinny or buff as they say. In fact, my first husband was a stick. But I sure thought he was cute. Back in the 70's...ooohhhh, he's sooo cute! Well, I guess that's still said. Then I got smart, found out that looks, aren't what really count. Nope.

I brought up horses just mentioning the fact that if an actor was going to ride a horse and looked like a dufus It just spoiled it for me... Then I digressed by listing all the actors I knew who rode and rode well.

LOL... The love of my life was Sandy haired green eyed very crooked teeth and weighed maybe 125 pounds soaking wet. Back then I was about 145.... Now... No one would look at me.... I have been on the shelf for a very long time.

Tukus is of Yiddish origin.... Plural is Tukuses... Though I do like the Latin version... Tuki... then there is the ever present Tukus Maximus.... Kind of a Yiddish Latin... flair....

OY Vey Perchie, I know that,just can't spell. I'm pretty shelf worn myself. Last date was Feb.10,2000

But, you know after time, like 14 years or so, I don't care!! It's heaven being able to do what I want, when I want to, and not ask permission to spend my own money, or have to hide my purchases rather than get raked over coals. Or wear makeup I was allergic to since high school, shave legs(out of season-winter), I could go on and on. Actually I don't think I was ever of marital potential. When I was outspoken I paid for it. It just didn't seem the way a relationship should be. So many friends of mine seemed to have story book romances AND then I l earned the rest of the story.

LOL... Last date was .... let me see my son just turned 25 today.... count back 40 weeks from October 12 1989.... so... January ish 1989.... I was 34 I figured this would be my last chance to have a family. I had never held a baby till he was born.... Talk about scared. The rest I had family support big time.

But I never was married ever... Not even asked. So been doing things MY way all my life. I wouldnt even know how to be someones wife. Story book romances are for story books... I have been in love twice.

Outspoken Yep... many said I was a Know it all... Theyd be right....

Had a dance partner once who asked me to live with him... Tried that... He asked me for money to buy a truck... I asked him if he was asking me to marry him.... You should have seen the deer in the headlights look on his face..... Well UM NO he said... and I said. "There Ya go...."

Never did wear much makeup... I dont have the patience for it. But I tell you when I was dancing I loved them skirts with the split up the side... Got to dance alot when I started dressing like that.

Perchie, I was never married either. Had my son when I was 38, so I wasn't some teenager being led astray. My son just had his 29 th.birthday 2 weeks ago. I'm 67- much younger emotionally, which is sometimes a problem. My father wanted to kill me (his usual reaction to anything he didn't like) my mother was over the moon to have a grandson. My married sister gave her two granddaughters.
