Dh finally got his email back. Yay! Not an overzealous employee. Overzealous computer software. We were told that Verizon is required to keep account information for two years. Their computer(s) take the information that is over two years old, and delete it. When their computer deleted the old account information, it deleted some current information too, including the email address. Our new FIOS Quantum equipment comes in tomorrow, and would not have worked with things the way they were. They got it all fixed.
