Hey getaclue... Glad they were eventually able to get it straightened out for him. Similar thing happened with me when I bought my present home late last year with Comcast. When I went to transfer the service I was assured that my Email would not change (have had the same one for almost 10 years with them). Sure enough, after I was hooked back up here, that Email address no longer existed >:-{ Took several hours for them to un-screw it up. So now I have my original Email back along with a new one that I can't even remember and never use. Sheeeesh.
