Membrane looks pretty dry to me. I might try to help it, but be aware that it might be a bit of a runt of the litter if it makes it. You could also put a wet sponge in the bator when you take it out to keep the humidity up.
 
I put a warm damp microfiber cloth in the incubator, the humidity is at 69% & temp is 100.2 vent holes open.

Yes, but it is making progress.. but it is going on 40 hours from external pip :( & I'm clumsy and scared. I frequently drop chicks :(

So idk if I should help it, b/c I will likely drop or crush it :(
 
well so long as it's not shrink wrapping and you got plenty of air n humidity.. (I'd turn the temp down a wee bit for them hatching especially if it's not still air) patience grass hopper otherwise :D how can we distract you? I was gonna try to go back to sleep but that is not going to happen.
