Membrane looks pretty dry to me. I might try to help it, but be aware that it might be a bit of a runt of the litter if it makes it. You could also put a wet sponge in the bator when you take it out to keep the humidity up.

is it a still air incubator I forget with he janeolI put a warm damp microfiber cloth in the incubator, the humidity is at 69% & temp is 100.2 vent holes open.
