Wisher so sorry about your chick. Never fun when you have to cull a little one.
I am hoping to get out this Saturday and enjoy the nice weather we are having here too Bunny. It is supposed to reach around 60 degrees (shhhhhhhh, don't tell SCG she is having an awful winter ) and it is "Bald Eagle Day" in the wetlands area. I am hoping they put fish out for the birds again this year so I can get some great shots. I also learned that next month they have a tundra swan day sometime in March. They get thousands of migrating swans through the area. I will have to head out that way again in March.

I processed a white bresse roo and an ac roo yesterday much quieter here with 4 less roos. I must cull the rest of them to make room for the new ac line and svart honas.

My friend got in the gff svarts almost 2 weeks ago, new gff ac are hatching. The svarts are coming over to my house after I get rid of ALL excess roos.

I really liked how the bresse dressed out, very easy to pluck vs the ac, more meat, more fat, less age.

I'm so excited to get the 2 packages of Italian bees in April. Next we need hives and other stuffs. Honey at the store seems like honey flavored syrup, not honey

Well, Oz, I hope you're happy - you crashed my computer. Poor old thing just couldn't take it.

I tried to bring it up this morning, when it and I were hopefully feeling a bit stronger, but it's still not feeling well. I told it to just take a break, but it's installing about a million updates . . . . We'll see how it's doing later. Right now, I'm using an even older laptop that has a loose connection to its screen; every so often, the screen goes black and I have to smack it around a bit.

But what the hay, I've got a gorgeoumongous day; I really need to be out there, not in here, anyway.

You might try running a program called Ccleaner. When was the last time you ran your defrag program? Older computers have to be defragged on a semi-regular basis.

I've read the same thing. Its good to have a balanced diet, I balance it with egg sausage mushroom swiss cheese spinach omelettes, cooked in butter Lol!

I get emails on each and every address I use all across the net, it's ridiculous, since none are connected to each other. You would think they would have stopped this by now.

I'm going to call this a first sign of spring. The semi dead avocado plant that I drowned last fall and which I've kept sitting on the window sill much to the displeasure of Karin started producing a new shoot a few weeks ago, and now it's finally producing it's first pair of new leaves.

I've done that. Too lazy to toss or dig up and suddenly *poof* new shoots from a plant I thought I'd murdered. LOL

They put my mom on cholesterol drugs and she had nightmares, she took them back to doc said u keep these I'll change my diet instead. No more problems since getting rid of fake butter spreads and eating less packaged stuff.

Those drugs made my mom fall down alot. So much so she almost stopped driving. She finally stopped taking them just to see if it was true.... and it was. She never refilled the prescription.

I hear you. I made my mom stop taking several meds over the years. Just because "my dr told me to take this" isn't good enough reason for me, the benefits have to outweigh the risk, which these days they certainly don't.
