We managed to skirt the typhoon and her in well ahead of it.

Its 5 am and I am listening to 40 roosters crowing

Its good to be with my family

She's been making up for her lack of a social life post surgery. This was her second Easter event this week and we have our own tomorrow at the fairy Godmothers' house. They bought her the Easter dress she's wearing. It's very twirly.
Helps to make up for having to cull the little crossbeak, losing Periwinkle to an internal egg issue and losing Dobby to what we suspect was a fox.
We have a checkup at Vandy next week and then we start hatching! I'm already collecting eggs.

Oz, your daughter is gorgeous in that blue dress!

We've also been allowed recently to have my grandson, Draven, back in our lives. I don't really want to get into it but basically my son is not the fatherly type. We are now paying child support to Draven's mother and she lets us have him whenever we want. He is two months younger than Maddy.

The typhoon has all but fizzled out.

The cool ocean waters caused it to weaken immensely.

We could have used the rain but I am glad the wind is not coming

Im thinking of dying legbar eggs. What color would be cool? I only have 3 eggs today

I'm getting excited to candle. I think they went in the incubator on Tuesday... so should start to see veining today.

I REALLY want to candle!!!! But my kids have run off with BOTH of my candling flashlights.....
