Thanks Ron. I will have to check on the Necropsy in Georgia. I have never seen a disease with that kind of symptoms. It would really beneficial to know the cause so that a recurrence could be prevented.



Since it was a polish and they have a crest, it could have been a brain injury too.

Do you have a lot of polish?


No, I got some Polish last fall and I have lost them all but one hen.
 
My hatcher is peeping. No visible pips yet.

So if you are in a warm climate where the soil doesnt dip below 55 degrees for a long enough amount of time.... you have to dig them up and chill them down
