Ok, the Australorp has been sorted out and put to bed.

Time for me to work on bed too. I plan on processing three cockerels tomorrow and then two on Sunday

I doubt I'll get much sleep tonight. My allergies are kicking my butt and I on bator watch. Got one lonely, very loud peeper and tomorrow is hatch day. So here I sit watching the Orphan Black marathon and playing Deadmans Cross on my iPhone. The tissues are piling up though.

And to the person who mentioned beheading a turken, yes it's much easier than the fully feathered breeds. I despise it when the neck hangs on by a thread, never happens with a turken because you can see it real well.
