That's true. The rate charges are very complicated so I took an average.
Our summer rate is a straight 12.08 cents regardless of usage. (June-September)
Winter rate is 8.58 cents for the first 750 kwh and 5.72 cents for anything above that. We're always above that.
Then there's the energy efficient program charge which I don't totally understand but it's negligible.
We also have an optional time-of-day pilot rate program I have to look into.
It doesn't look like it would help though. Winter rates are the same and this program's Summer rates are 20.21 cents from 2 pm to 7 pm Monday thru Friday. It's 7.55 cents all other weekday hours. It doesn't say what the weekend rate is.
How would I find this info for my local provider??

We went to the clinic and picked up blood test results going back to 2006. She had a blood calcium level of 10.7 that year. If an adult is in the 10s for calcium, it is hurting you. She also has 25% bone loss in her spine and 22% bone loss in yer hip. This should have been diagnosed way before 2006. It is very easy to figure out but it is a woman's issue--The family Dr. told my wife that her symptoms could just be menopause...kidney stones, mental fog, depression, bone aches, osteopena? Give me a break!

She likely had this as early as the mid 90's. It is more deadly than high cholesterol--shortens life for about 6 years and kills in 20 years.

Oh, my. Were the calcium issues a problem with healing her motorcycle accident injuries?
