Man... I'm right there with the both of you. Used to sleep with no problem at all... now I doze in my recliner, or at the keyboard but go to bed and get maybe an hour or two at a time... Used to survive just fine on 3-4 hours a night (military), but need much more than that now that I'm older, and can never seem to catch up. it sucks...I am using a fit bit to count my steps and if you log in your sleep it will give you stats.
I am averaging 5 hours of sleep per night... must fix that... sleep deprivation is a big health issue. Ranging from Psychosis to Obesity... I resemble that...
