Maybe this is something I can use to help my insomnia. Got 2 hours of sleep last night. Felt like a zombie when I first got up but couldn't sleep past 0530 no matter what I did. So I got up and went to work at 0700. Just got home 2340... and wide awake again. Sigh.

I am using a fit bit to count my steps and if you log in your sleep it will give you stats.
I am averaging 5 hours of sleep per night... must fix that... sleep deprivation is a big health issue. Ranging from Psychosis to Obesity... I resemble that...

Man... I'm right there with the both of you. Used to sleep with no problem at all... now I doze in my recliner, or at the keyboard but go to bed and get maybe an hour or two at a time... Used to survive just fine on 3-4 hours a night (military), but need much more than that now that I'm older, and can never seem to catch up. it sucks...

You guys are funny. ;) I tried posting the picture from my phone. I guess it didn't work out as planned. Here you go. You make the big blocks with fabric "strings" then they get cut down and sewn together into blocks.

Your color choices are lovely, and so is your work. Whether it be a copied design or your own, it still takes a good eye, creative mind and skillful hands to create such beautiful work. You have achieved that from the small portion I see here :)

I have a Nabu by Razor. It says I slept 7:19 last night. 93% deep sleep, which is 6:47. 7% was light sleep, or 32 minutes.

I take a chewable melatonin a half hour before I go to bed.

I have trouble sleeping also I have taken tylenol pm for many years and a couple years I took Ambien. I think they all stop working eventually and I have to change up to something else.
