Melatonin is supposed to be super helpful

Glad it works for you Ron

I have a chewable one from Costco.

I have trouble sleeping also I have taken tylenol pm for many years and a couple years I took Ambien. I think they all stop working eventually and I have to change up to something else.
I took one like Ambien the night before I had spinal surgery. I did go right to sleep.

Tylenol PM Advil PM and Alieve PM.... all have the same ingredient for sleep .... diphenhydramine 25mg....

Take a look at a Benedryl package.... LOL. Same drug same dosage....

So I dont pay the extra bucks for an added sleep aid... Because I rotated my over the counter pain medicine.... And some times I dont take it at all... So I buy the generic over the counter sleep aid.... Which happens to be ...... diphenhydramnine 25mg I get a hundred tabs for four or five bucks....

and yep I use it alot to get to sleep. I am also finding it helps with my breathing.... Duh.... LOL. Snoring to be specific.... Duh... LOL

And I am saying Duh because I am sometimes slow on figuring things out.

Many years ago I was told they would only start Ambien in the hospital, to see how it was tolerated before giving a prescription. That scared me away from wanting any.

I took an ambien once. Woke up in my neighbors goat pen.

I just can't comment on that one lol!

Better a goat pen then a pig pen. My mother in laws farmer neighbor when she was a kid wasn't seen in a couple days, he was old and drunk all the time. I guess all they found was his rubber boots and some clothes in the pig pen. He was never seen again.
Maybe aliens abducted him??
