I have it was a recipe by Graham Kerr Back when I was in highschool. It was back in 1970ish. Safeway actually had rabbit on occasion I was barely driving and had a little money.
The ingredients required me to make my own sausage suffing from scratch We had a meat grinder I ground up pork and beef and garlic and onions... I forget what else. sTuffed the rabbit and sewed it up. Then herbs and butter on the outside and Roasted it in the oven.
Its been 46 years since I cooked it but I do remember my dad LOVED it Mom she wouldnt look at it till I cut two leggs off then she was like Homer Simpson eating Pinchy.....![]()
Havent had it since. They stopped selling it in stores. And I havent been to a real butcher shop in that long either.
