BTW-back on did you miss me? Wasn't the blizzard that knocked me offline since Sunday, it was my PSP. They had a major port failure at the main server and of course it was the one I was on. Don't know the details but I did finally get a tech to admit the hardware up here can no longer handle the load (no kidding, sigh, my DSL speed has gotten worse progressively to the point that it is now worse than dial-up and there's no option for an upgrade even for more money) and they have started working on it but she wouldn't (or couldn't) tell me what has been done or will be or when. Probably the only thing that has them getting off their butts now is other providers are finally getting ready to move into our area. I (and others) have been griping for years but they knew they "had" us ever since they (Frontier) came in and bought out our local phone company when everyone thought the big copper mine was going into the area.
I find it amusing that every tech support I talked with kept reminding me to fill out right away the customer service survey I would receive in my email. I should have gotten at least 3. Guess how many I received?
